Comments: What is that stuff?!

Both this link and the last are the type that only work in IE. All I can see in Netscape are things like 0&²uŽfϦÙ.

Just right click and do save target as. Open it in windows media player. These links work in both browsers, your browser just doesn't have an association for links opened in new windows.
