Thats why I buy stuff from newegg.... they are *extremely* professional on basically everything. I bought an encluse there, it worked for 3 months. I contacted them and they sent me a brand new one, with 2 day shipping. :-D
I wonder how Hytech Exchange is still on the market... I bought very few things from them, never had a problem before... but I noticed that many things are overpriced and that the service sucks.
